Ha London, akkor Lush. Akkor szerettem bele a friss, kézzel készült kozmetikumokba, amikor még Kinga hugom Budapesten egy Lush-boltban dolgozott. A boltot az utcán már egy sarokkal korábban megérzed az illatáról, és onnantól kezdve nincs menekvés, be kell menni, és minimum fél órát el kell bent tölteni, mindent végigszagolni, kipróbálni.
Látványra akár cukrászda is lehetne az üzlet, a szappanok, masszázstömbök habfürdőzselék és fürdőgolyók leginkább süteményekre emlékeztetnek. A szappanok hatalmas tortaszerű tömbökben állnak, és akkorát vágnak le belőle, amekkorát kér az ember. Van bennük valódi marcipán, rózsaszirom, alga... fajtától függően.
Amit nekem ezúttal sikerült bevásárolnom, az egy Whip Stick (csokiillatú és ízű ajakbalzsam), American Cream (vanília illatú hajkondícionáló, talán az egyetlen, ami tényleg megszelidíti a dróthajamat), és két masszázstömb: Honeymooner (mézillatú szív, valódi csokival a közepén) és Each Peach (citrus illattal) - ezek szilárdak, a bőrhöz dörzsölve oldódnak. A Love Lettuce nevű arcpakolás ajándék volt, mert 5 darab hasonló, kiürült fekete dobozt visszavittem a boltba. Jó érzéssel tölt el, hogy újrahasznosítják őket. Ezen kívül nagyon tetszik, hogy a termékeiket nem tesztelik állatokon. Azt is remek ötletnek tartom, hogy a több terméket tartalmazó ajándékcsomagba töltőanyagként nem hungarocellt, hanem pattogatott kukoricát raknak, mert az nem terheli a környezetet. Mindezért boldogan fizetek egy kicsit többet, és nagyon sajnálom, hogy Dániában nincs Lush-bolt.

London means Lush. I falled in love with the fresh handmade cosmetics when Kinga - my sister - worked in a Lush shop in Budapest. You can smell a shop on the street one corner before from its smell. It's a real temptation: you simply have to go in and to spend at least half an hour there smelling and trying everything.
The shop looks like a conditioners: the soaps, massage bars, bath jellies and bubble bars remind of cakes. Then soaps stand in huge pieces and you can ask for as big piece as you want. They contain marzipan, real flower, alga... depends on what kind it is.
I managed to buy a Whip Stick (lip balm with chocolate smell and taste), American Cream (hair conditioner with vanilla smell, maybe the only one which helps to soften my stubborn hair) and two massage bars: Honeymooner (with honey smell and a piece of real chocolate in the middle) and Each Peach (with citrus smell). The Love Lettuce face mask was a gift because I returned 5 empty black boxes back. I find it great that they recycle the package. I also like that they don't test the products on animals. I was fascinated by the idea to fill up the gift packs with popcorn instead of plastic granulate in order to make them environmentally friendly. I pay happily a bit more for these kind of products and feel sorry that there are no Lush shops in Denmark.
