Anyu, ne aggódj, eszem rendesen / Mum, don't worry, I eat well

Kedves aalborgi családom ma kirándulni vitt. Langyos, napsütéses őszi idő, irány a keleti part, Saeby. Helyes kis városka, régi házikókkal, és persze ott a tenger. A valódi cél egy halétterrem volt, ahol a befizetett pénzért annyit szed az ember a svédasztalról, amennyit akar. Mindenből csak egy falatot vettem, de így is háromszor töltöttem föl a tányéromat. Először a füstölt lazac volt a főszereplő egyéb füstölt halakkal, amihez a kapormártás kicsit túl cukros volt, de azért lecsúszott. Aztán jöttek a rákok, ami inkább érdekes és színeiben szép volt, de közben sajnáltam szegény jószágokat, hogy szinte csak a farkukat eszi meg az ember. Végül sült lazac spenótágyon meg némi tésztasaláta, természetesen szintén hallal dúsítva. A végén már mozdulni se bírtam, pedig volt, amit meg se kóstoltam, pl. a halleveseket. Hmmm, fejelthetetlen ebéd volt...
Aztán irány a család nyaralója, illetve az isteni tengerpart. Igazi tenger, nem fjord, olyan, hogy nem látszik a túlpart, nagyok a hullámok, és kagylótörmeléktől fehér a homok. Trisztán meg is kóstolta. Nehéz leírni, milyen jól éreztem magam, ezért inkább beszúrok pár fotót abból a majdnem százból, ami készült.

My dear family in Aalborg took me to a trip today. It was a warm, sunny Autumn weather and we turned to East coast. Saeby is a nice little town with old houses and of course with a harbour. We aimed to a fish restaurant with a buffet table for fix price. I took only a bite from all the dishes, but I filled my plate three times. First it was about smoked salmon with other smoked fishes. The dild dressing was a bit too sweet but nice, anyway. Then a plate of crabs which was rather interesting and colorful than tasty and I felt a bit sorry to waste the whole body of them just for their tails. Finally I took baked salmon with pasta salad and of course with fish in it. In the end I hardly could move although there were plenty of things I didn't taste, for example the soups. Hmmm, it was an unforgettable lunch...
Then we headed to the summer house of the the family and to the fantastic seaside. It was a real seaside, not a fjord, there was no other side just big waves and and white sand from the seashells. Tristan even tasted it. It's hard to describe how good I felt, so I rather insert some photos.
